  • “Laid by R.S. Blome Co., Unity Building, Chicago, 1903” is pressed into aging concrete with a heavy dotted grid pattern emerging as it wears away.
  • “Rogers Concrete, 64” is stamped into horizontally striated concrete. Summer sun casts an early morning light across the sidewalk.
